Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of package order date or store purchase date (except APO/FPO*). Receipt is required and items need to be in their original condition and original packaging, with tickets and garment labels attached. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. We will not provide a refund for any item that we do not receive or that does not otherwise comply with our Return Policy.

 Amazon purchases can be returned online back to original method of payment or in-store for an exchange or store credit (no refunds).

A return fee of $5.95 will be charged when you create a return label. For free returns, take your items and shipping confirmation email to your nearest Sallyyule

Holiday purchases made October thru December are accepted for 30 days or thru January 15 of following year (whichever is later).

*Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses please contact customer service to coordinate return.

 

 

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return your item(s) and place a new order. Or you can visit your local Sallyyule store for an exchange.
